Thank you for your help and positive approach to my problem.
I downloaded that file you posted, however, I'm not understanding or clear on
the *.reg, and double click what am I renaming with this file and how to I rename it? Please be more detailed? because at the moment the file is on my desktop just setting there. Please advise...thank you!

No problem, this is a known problem between Asus Update an creative software, let´s go,open with notepad the downloaded file and go to file>save as.. then select in File type "all files", and rename to Wow6432Node.reg, you must put the complete name with extension included. After saved, do double click in the new created file and it will says something like "do you like to add this key to the registry?", click on yes and that´s all.

Hope this is more clear, I attached a screenshot for visual help.

One other question? How come every time I click on a notepad file to open it, I get the following error message? Access is denied?

Okay, fixed this problem. All I had to do was assign which program to open it with everytime which was notepad. Since it's a notepad file Ha! Ha! Ha!
