@worm75011

Instead of posting the output of modinfo which shows the possible values, please try this:
Code:
cat /proc/driver/nvidia/registry
where we get to see the actual values of those parameters

i have the SZ 110, and had a the desktop off-screen with the nvidia drivers. There was a black stripe at the top of the screen.

I fixed it by adding this line to my Device section in xorg.conf:
Option "ExactModeTimingsDVI" "TRUE"

Just my 2 cents.

Well, using your config, I've been able to get my laptop working by adding manually in the geforce "Device" section:

Option "IgnoreEDID"
Option "UseEdidFreqs" "false"
Option "NoLogo" "true"
Option "RenderAccel" "true"

everything else is identical to Ariel's.

The full config is at my blog.
I have a sz1xp.

Hi

i try your device solution :
Option "IgnoreEDID"
Option "UseEdidFreqs" "false"
Option "NoLogo" "true"
Option "RenderAccel" "true"

but i have the same and befor i have IgnoreEDID , RenderAccel" "true"
i think by default IgnoreEDID is true
after UseEditFreqs is specifise to change the frequences of the screen
NoLogo is for Nvidia logo when the nvidia driver is coming up
i think this options are no important for deteminated the range of screen

i see your blog in Section modules you have : " Load "v4l" " do you know what is it?

someone have all options of the drivers?

thx for your help
