well replaying the first few levels of the original game was a hoot, its looks so old now though.

still, it was nice to look back on old favorite and it got me away from Obvilion for a night!!

Runs so smooth at 1600x1200 with 16xAA, haha!

But I am getting a weird issue, the polygons on my hands seem to be waiving... I will try to make a video of it.

Heres the waiving issue im getting, is this due to the 16xAA? I haven't seen an issue like this since back in the Voodoo3 days.

Heh, thats a problem with the Quake 2 engine. Actually, its not really a problem, its just how it works.

I think it has to do with the type of interpolation they used to smooth out animations. Quake 2 did it, Sin did it, I think Soldier of Fortune did it, though they may have fixed it by the time that game was made.

I have never heard of this game so i preordered from steam and I really like sin 1. Kinda weird playing a game using the q2 engine. The game is very fun just as good as todays current game gameplay wise im impressed.

SiN is fun, I remember lots of good times with that sniper rifle. I just finished the game and it's no half-life but it's certainly good.
