Kernel version 2.6.16-gentoo-r1 patched with the latest suspend2 patches (2.2.4). Hibernate-scripts 1.12. I don't use the framebuffer. I will give that a shot.

Thank you for the help. It is now working. I had to disable the vbetool options. Enable the vesa fb with vga=791 and it's now working. My VTs come back after a suspend to ram.

I've tried the latest kernel + latest suspend2 with or without agpgart (NVagp=2 or NVAgp=1) to no avail. It cannot even suspend, it stays blank screened frozen. :S (Also used the "echo 0" and "echo 7500" setting found in the appendinx of nvidia readme.

I will give a try to emerge --sync and recompile kernel with suspend2-sources ebuild maybe..but I think it wont help.

I have vesafb too. Whats that vga=791 setting?

1024x768, not sure what refresh rate.
