Default Chances of a DualTV Linux driver?

What are the chances of seeing a driver for the new DualTV card for Linux? I know the card is based on the ViXS XCode II chip, and their reference design (the PureTV card) lists Linux drivers on at least one of their pages, but not others.

As a bit of background, I did a good deal of work on the ivtv driver's cx25840 module (mainly used in Hauppauge PVR-150/500 cards), so I know this is not a trivial request.
