Default New 169.07 for Solaris crashes X server while changing screen resolution

Hello,

I have Nvidia GeForce 7300 GS card on Opteron machine running Solaris x86
with 64 bit kernel 127112-06.

I have discovered that if I start "dosbox" program in full screen mode, which
changes resolution from 1280x1024 (my default on 19" LCD monitor) to
1024x768, X11 server (Xorg) crashes. This also happens if I try to change
screen resolution manually with standard Ctrl-Alt +/- keys.

BTW, Rolling back nvidia driver from 169.07 to previous (100.14.19), works
around this problem, since I can change resolution without X server crash.

Here is actual error from /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old:

(this repeats 20-30 times:)

(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to map registers.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to map cursor control registers for CRTC 0
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Error recovery failed.

Default Re: New 169.07 for Solaris crashes X server while changing screen resolution

I have upgraded to 169.09, but problem persists. X server is crashing if I try to
change resolution with Ctrl-Alt +/-. But only if I log in from dtlogin as normal
user. Root user can change resolution without crashing X server.

Output of nvidia-SunOS-bug-report.sh is in attachment.
