At least, since Sin requires to purchased through a Credit Card, they can put AO content in the game without fear of the ESRB

Had confirmation that the profile error has been fixed, this should be fine in the next driver release.

pretty dull game..considering it feels a bit more like hl2..which i only played once and pretty bored of it..a friend of mine had it on his new comp which i took some time to 'test' it out ><..i dunno..considering its 20 odd bucks and has more episodes to come out..i dont think people will wait that long..and frankly speaking i think people should wait for atleast 4-5 episodes out so you can actually put some time into the game..trust me..game is ok but i am in no mood to wait that long for a single player game to progress from point a to b.

Entire episode thing is really lame, and i think gamespot gave it a really crap raiting for a FPS..If this game came before HL2..hell yea its nice..

On another note..Prey looks sexy for a doom3 engine..now thats a game i will enjoy ..something sin should have been.

I think I'll just wait until they have a full set of episodes, then buy the package deal at a significant discount. You know they will have one

would you judge a book based on its prologue??

point being I think your right to say wait for a few episodes to be out before you make a final decision, I loved Episode 1's gameplay, its as old school as I am - lol.

for those with doubts wait for a while - after all SiN Episodes will be running for the next 4 years!!!!!!!

I would qualify SIN episodes Emergence an "average+" fps; graphics and sound are ok; the first levels were rather disappointing (same déjà-vu environments, like labs etc..); weapons are good (not many though, but I suspect other weapons to show up in the next episodes); I had the sound-stuttering bug too, but only when loading a new level; there was another bug (?) which was more annoying: further in the game, you have to jump in a car driven by Alexis, and you see, only for a couple of seconds which controls are available (not enough for me to make it out..); when Alexis stops the car, and enemies are shooting at you, you can't shoot back!! The only thing you can do is throwing grenades?!
Picking up objects to throw them away reminds of course of HL2, but I never used this possibility(while the gravity gun in HL2 was really interesting!)
After the first mutant-boss, the game gets more fun though.
So, not a bad game, but sure I was expecting more of it.

So, what is this first screenshot about (mutagen clouds)? Also, how do I get the girl back for my menu backdrop. They keep switching it.
