I have MSI Personal Cinema FX5200-VT128 card in my box.

Quistion; If I install freeBSD, would it be possible to clone my vga monitor on a second device (CRT TV )???

If you have a BSD configuration that otherwise supports dual displays on a NV34 / Fx5200, there's no reason the Personal Cinema add-on would prevent you form using them.
