Default Sound stutters and "fast forwards" when LCD turns on.

Whenever I bump my mouse to "wake up" my monitor my sound, if playing, stutters and skips around for about 10 seconds.

I only have Windows turn off my LCD is all. I don't do a full "standby".

Is this a sign of something more wrong? My sound also stutters when Windows logs in.

I checked IRQs in Windows. None are sharing.
