Your patch works, FreeBSD does not crashes anymore!
I'll be glad to test future releases of FreeBSD graphics drivers

BTW I've tested glxgears FPS with and without FreeBSD AGP GART driver.
With FreeBSD AGP glxgears runs with FPS about 5% more than without.
