Default P4 overclocking - how do you do it?

It seems as if Intel is having a renaissance among the hardcore computer crowd. The ways people are taking their Northwood P4 processors to insanely high speeds really hearkens back to the old Celeron 300A days.

I've been thinking about joining in on these happy, highly zealous overclocking times. I want to know if overclocking a Pentium 4 Northwood is as easy as changing FSB and (possibly) voltage settings.

When you get a P4, does it automatically default to a 100 MHz FSB and you can tweak it from there? Or does it go to 133 by default and you have to change it?

Can someone elaborate or point me to a web site where this kind of stuff is explained?
