My system freeze when use 87.62 + 2.6.17, but not every time. It's works ones of ten runs. OS - Slackware Current
When downgrade to kernel 2.6.16.27 - one of ten runs nvidia module crash and can't start X server. I don't understand what's goin' on? Submit for consideration kernel 2.6.16.27 config and bug report. Thank you |

I'd suggest verifying that you're using the latest BIOS. You could also try doing as the error suggests, and boot with the irqpoll parameter. Thanks, Lonni |

I'm sorry but with 81.78 everything is fine! I'm sure it's not a hardware or BIOS problem! Maybe it's a strange incompatible.

I try to boot with the irqpoll parameter. It's worse.
