Yes, same result. Here's a (rather bad) picture of where the system locks up. It's something in the code that restores the 2D resolution, so I should think that this would be a fairly small amount of code. But then, I can't look at the code so I don't know :P

I guess for now, at least I can run some stuff. But I have to decide between my favorite desktop resolution and decent frame rates.
