Default Quake3 performance problem on GF488Go.

Hi there,

I own an Laptop powered by an GF488Go (some kind of GF4mx), and about a year ago I played quake3-arena a lot.I had hundred of fps even with highest settings, I guess the 7174 driver was that one I used that time.

Now I have to turn off 32-bit textures, lightmap-lightening and trilliniar filtering if I want fluent gameplay with 2-3 bots.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

lg Clemens
