only change is that the resolution was changed from 1920x1200 to 1280x1024 on the laptop display. second screen is still blank. bug report is attached.

just to tell that I have exactly teh same problem. I'm running on Fedora 6 with the nVidia Beta Drivers.

Please start X with the following command:
startx -- -logverbose 6

and then generate and attach an nvidia-bug-report.log.

Well I have news. In fact when I use the nVidia Display GUI, it tell's me that DFP-1 has been unplugged and that there's a news DFP-2 display. Whhen I activate Twinview whith DFP-2 and CRT-0 : it works.

But why X thinks that DFP-1 has been unplugged during startup ?
