Eventhough I am going with a zalman CNPS9500 LED to cool my inbound conroe 6700, I really like these two heatsinks. Anybody use these....

Right - just placed my order - I'll just copy and paste my invoice shall I? Bear in mind the prices are in NZ Dollars, and are pretty reasonable for what these parts are going for over here - so they're not directly comparable with your prices, and even though after exchange they're STILL too much - things are ALWAYS cheaper in the states. Sigh

x1 Antec Sonata II - Black (with PSU) ($324.99)

Windows XP MCEdition OEM $198.00
PowerColor ATI Theater 550 PRO PCI TV/FM Tuner Vid $132.00
Microsoft Remote Control $72.00
Galaxy nVidia GeForce 7600GT 256MB PCI-Express 16 $360.00
Geil Dual Channel kit 2x 1GB PC2-6400 DDR2 $492.00
Zalman CNPS9500 AT Ultra Silent 92mm Pure Copper C $98.00
Seagate ST3320620AS 7200.10 NCQ 320GB 7200RPM $207.00
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13Ghz 2MB Cache 1066Mhz S $466.00
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4 Socket T (LGA775) Motherboard $373.00

The only dubious choice was the motherboard, but options were very limited, and this system is C2D not because I'm a fanatic, but because I've been planning to do a new system build for some time now, and decided that C2D was as good a thing to wait for as any (as you can see - the system in my sig is quite dated now... though it has served me mighty well!).

Now all I have to do is cross my fingers and wait! The only part that isn't in stock is that RAM, which according to the store, should be in supply by Wednesday.

Ridiculous DOES not have an 'e' in it. It comes from "ridicule" and has less than nothing to do with the colour red.

Well Hawaii was awesome!!! My E6700 and Corsair 6400 EPP should be here tomorrow from NewEgg! I will of course have to post pictures.

Fetch!!! Where are the nForce 590 boards? I'm sure the ASUS Premium board will be out this week, but where is the DFI or even the ASUS R.O.G. board?
