yes, i understood what you were saying without the 4th grade artwork, but i don't understand how the folder makes if any better?

Since the folder isnt technically a file you have a few hundered 5mb'ish mp3 files not one big 1gb+ file that you have to open then extract(takes more time) That and you dont have to worry about compatibility issues
