I tried several options in xorg.conf with no luck.

You didn't state which options you tried.

I tried these:
"Option" "ConnectedMonitor" "TV"
"Option" "SetDisplayDevice" "TV"
"Option" "ConnectedDevice" "CRT-0" --> (This got TV to work for a session).
Also I have to say, that after loading udev and after the first nvidia splash screen the TV works (I can see the mouse pointer). But after the second nvidia splash screen I see a blue screen.
Any help again??

If you're trying to use two display devices, then you need to specify both in ConnectedMonitor. I'll need to see a new bug report if that fails to work.

Thanks,
Lonni

I've found that TV output works if the TV is first switched-off and then switched- on. Check that out
