XFX NVTV Tuner Card - nV News Forums

Big P Registered User Join Date: Dec 2004 Posts: 180	XFX NVTV Tuner Card Hi everyone, I recently received a TV Tuner card based off the nvidia chipset. Given this I figured there would be a good chance I could get it working in linux, however so far I have come up with nothing. NVTV chipset REQUIRE Windows Media Center Edition 2005 to operate. ("And boy do they operate well in that environment!" me, a TiVo fan) __________________ I used to drive a Heisenberg, but whenever I'd glance at the speedometer, I'd get lost.

Yes but how much effort is unknown. Prospects for it to just work with current SW do not look good. I looked, briefly, at that a while back and found nothing but that was then so it might be better now. However, this looks like AYA made for MS only product.
One might poke around at some of these places and from those find more info. Many have forums better than here for ''TV'' info. The v4l list would probably the quickest yes/no/maybe location,
