You're going to buy a new motherboard going from P4 to AMD (you didn't say socket 939 or AM2) anyways, so look at the ones based on the nVidia 6150/430 chipset. You get a free video card and it'll be an upgrade from your GF2 card ;-)
You can then take your time getting a faster video card if you need it...

That's right. Good graphics chip with integrated nforce4 mainboard for free.
I think this is best buy of computer market now if you look at features vs price.
