Killzone Liberation

Anybody played the demo yet? I'm having tons of fun with it. Its a really short demo but theres many paths you can take to complete it. The weapons are pretty sweet. The exploding crossbow is probably my favorite. Graphics are nice as well, especially the ragdoll explosions. The controls were iffy at first, but after about 5 minutes you get the hang of it.

It has infrastructure online (after a patch released on the day of release) so that should be fun.

Really short demo as I said, but if the rest of the game is this good, it could be a hit on the psp.

Have you heard anything at all about Killzone for the PS3??

Yeah, I got some tid bits but nothing really juicy. Sony is throwing millions at it (no surprise there) but everything is being kept top secret. Meaning barely any employees outside of guerilla games have even seen it. The team is focused on getting killzone liberation out of the door first (they have about 120+ devs but about 70+ are working on killzone 3, as soon as KZL is out then all will be focused on KZ3), and sony is focused on only marketing launch titles. Most I've heard is that they will be showing it early 07, your guess is as good as mine as to when and where specicially they show it.

Kinda OT, but theres another sony event on the 19th of this month where they will give out launch details (about time eh?) and share some other announcements (rumor is that naughty dog's game will be shown, but thats all I know for now).

But yeah, how about that killzone liberation demo?
