Default seek recommendation on dual-headed card

I'd like to run a dual-headed config on my OptiPlex 745 and would appreciate any recommendations as to which Nvidia card(s) would be best. I've got DVI-capable monitors and am running 6.2-PRERELEASE.

thanks in advance,
mark

Biggest question is what else, besides running dual-head, do you want to do and how much money you want to spend
