Steve sorry to hear about that My brother's a 6'7" monster, had a stone and brought him to his knees. I don't wish that on anybody! Get well soon.

Now that screeny you posted left me speechless... may I ask, which model is that going to be for?

They closed the studio and then several days later posted job openings for the development of a new 'flying game'. The first guy they hired was the lead designer of FSX, and his new job is the same, lead designer. He is apparently helping to choose 'some' of the other former member sor the new team.

Seems MS didn't like the fact the 3rd party developers got to cash in on their product while they got nothing, so they might be making a new pay to play flight sim of some sort where the 3rd party devs can sell content via MS Live. That way MS can regulate the conent, and have part of their profits, in exchange for the devs getting broader reach due to Live.

Yep i think its pretty sucky really it will pretty much kill freeware or any FS app or addon that thinks outside the box.....if thats the case looks like i'll be moving over to X-Plane for repainting & modding, ive been spending a little bit more time in it and its growing on me it just need some 3rd party TLC much like FSX did at RTM.....I hear some rumblings about a full Google FS that might be interesting if it allows you to choose/swap between landclass and photoreal and use KML placement from GE

Great shots NuBee love the first one very in your face hehe

The FW190 was released today by German developer Classics Hangar. This is their first release, and one guy even said it's as good or better than the RealAir Spitfire. I'll be testing it tonight when I get home. The textures and normals are 2048, which is nice.

Look what I have. One thing I'll say is that PNW is going to define the true meaning of Full Terrain Experience, as it's truly a FULL terrain package. Has it's own mesh and other goodies.

Well..... Still early stages so not much material to shoot, but it's shaping up. All my beta shots have to have the Orbx template, hope you don't mind.
