So here it is, the 185.85 driver for Win7 on Win7 Build7100, the screens are resized from 1920x1200, sharpened, but only ingame AA and AF, no nHancer or something like that.

thx for the shots seems very strange but it looks looks like NV's Xp drivers are wack for FSX!

The inndo 260 x2 freezer i was going to buy turned out to be a standard (old)192 core inndo 3d,talk about false advertizing thats 2 uk site that have been missleading ppl with this card looks like they have there SKU# confused.....so looks like waitting till the next gen of cards hit in Q4,atleast that way i can go the whole hog and do a full I7 build while im at it,

still since i've jumped back to dx9 and use the FPSlimiter and EMB hook FSX has never run and smoother & looked better,i sure do miss the x8SS aa though....

Steve thank you for the paint....but it seems Nubee has found the answer. Without nHancer the problem does not happen and it was the only thing I didn't try .

I know nHancer had to be changed to work with the 185 drivers, so it seems they may not have implemented AF correctly, at least as far as FSX is concerned.

I wonder if this is the case with Vista/Win7?

Just to add - you can still use nHancer to force AA and other optimisations, but leave AF as application controlled. I'm not sure what level of AF FSX applies, but it looks the same as the forced 16x I was using with nHancer.

Hey SJA06, are you using REX? When yes, what clod theme is that? The clouds in your first screen are amazing. And what TERRAIN_MAX_AUTOGEN_BUILDINGS_PER_CELL do you have for TreeX? How's the performance with TreeX compared to the default trees?

NuBee - for REX I'm using Cumulus '05' - Cirrus '12' - Sky 'True Blue' which is my current daytime favorite selection.

I'm using 1800 trees per cell, and though they must make some difference to performance I can't say I've noticed any drop in frames using TreeX using a lock at 28fps.
