Thanks. The location is Helgoland Germany, and the scenery is the HelgolandX package from Aerosoft.

I thought it was Helgoland, I remembered how the island looked like from a documentary on TV about rare birds that breed there and the way the structures looked seem to give it away as well. The Super Cobra confused me though.

Nope, all you can do is fly around. Alphasim aircraft are very basic, they have a good external model and they are fun to fly, but thats about it. The virtual ****pits are very basic with none of the flight systems, radar, or weapons systems modeled.

Personally I don't buy from alphasim since they charge $30-$40 for such basic stuff. For that price other developers make stuff that not only has an awesome external model, but superior flight models, an awesome virtual ****pit, and every system in the aircraft is modeled. I only bought this one becuase righyt now nobody else makes any decent choppers for FSX, though they are on the way.

If you are looking for a highly authentic simulation experience it doesn't get any more real than this plane. Take a look at the sample features list, which is only about 1/4 of the full list found at the link below.

o Panels and instruments may be damaged by hard landings.
o All automatic circuit breakers and circuit breakers work.
o Instruments may be inaccurate, needles may be influenced by vibrations, g-forces or disorders.
o Attitude indicator and compass card are driven electrically and have to be aligned / calibrated. The compass card will start to rotate for several minutes if electricity has been cut.
o The glass of the vertical speed indicator may be broken.
o Junghans chronograph with windup mechanism and timer.
o Avionics may be damaged if avionics master switch is not turned off during engine start and engine shut down.
o Engine must be primed.
o Engine prime can lead to have too much fuel in the starter system.
o Engine starter can get overheated and damaged.
o Cowl Flap produces drag according to its setting.
o Engine cooling is influenced by angle of attack and propeller revolutions.
o Engine fires can occur.
o Fire extinguisher can get exhausted.

I just saw the DVD version at Gogamer for $19.99 if anyone's been looking for a deal. That's more than 60% the listed price for a game that is going to be serviced and modded for years to come.

This is a nice freeware texture that turns the standard Bell 206 into an OH-58 Kiowa, making it much more fun to fly. You just need to register at the Avsim file library.
