have you ever used OPera ?

http://willlangford.com/2006/06/22/f...15-vs-opera-9/

I really doubt IE7 its half as good as Opera 9.. and not impressed with firefox that i use at work. perhaps its only me.. but its powerfull bookmarks search options/highly customizable interface /TAbs /internet speed ,and its hudreds of very nice looking themes sold me long time ago.

I've been using FF2 as well and no problems. But I'm really enjoying ie7. Pretty much all I've used since it's release.

If I install FF2 RC3 or whatever, when the final version comes out, can I just upgrade from that, or will I have to uninstall/reinstall?

You can upgrade and it will save your bookmarks, settings etc.

I could care less about my browser's looks. What I care about is security, stability, and performance. And Opera is the best, hands down.

It's so stable, my current webpages are saved even if the power goes out (and no, I don't use a UPS). Try something like that with Firefox or IE7..
