^ Problem is, you're paying for tax. Newegg charges no tax. So when that's considered, they come out about the same.

Yes, but look for a 10% off coupon for CC plus 2% cash back from a "cash back" site to get the price under 600 shipped.

Yeah, and even at 7% sales tax (which I think is higher than mine actually is, but I digress) it's only another $42 so it's still cheaper than the 650 + shipping (in some cases) that other places are charging.

Attention: Please respond to this at its own thread not here! (I screwed up.
) [Can't figure out how to remove this one.]http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=81174 Hello! Hey I just got this rig going on Weds with the (believe it or not) intent of running sof2 a little snappier and to run Vista. I never could find a 8800 driver that would even run on Vista!! Even though that's plastered all over NV's site in reference to the 8800. Groan. Furthermore I cannot run sof2 at all nor Prey nor ReturnToCastleWolfenstein nor can I even install QuakeII. Most of the problems are with OpenGL. Most of these failures end in the OpenGL window stating problems with finding bits and pieces of GL. With GLview I can find each of the "failed" files. Maybe the problem is with xp64 but before I tear this really blistering fast wonderful cpu balancing system down and go back to 'multicore ignorant' xp I want to know if anyone else can successfully run any of these programs on an 8800 with even xp. Anyone?
