Will you even have a single DX10 benchmark to run when it comes out? lol
The way I see it, provided one 8800 GTX is as fast as my current SLI 7800 GTX setup, then I should see better cooling, less power usage, and be ready for the DX10 titles while still playing DX9 titles with smooth framerates and AA+HDR. Not to mention the fact that I could always add another 8800 GTX if needed. This is a win-win situation. I will definately be upgrading to the 8800 GTX.

Lenght comparisms with the current 7900 gtx. It will be a tight squeeze for some people so I see why those molex connectors are up there.

You think maybe the small chip could be physics AND sound? That would be so excellent to get rid of Creative and go back to Soundstorm again.

its a good thing those power connectors were moved... it was a bit tough to get the PCI-E connector hooked up to my XTX

I have always used standard air cooling... I think this time I will water cool my rig, I need a new computer anyways

Core 2 Extreme QX6700
8800 GTX
nForce 680

omg omg omg

Hmm don't know if going watercooling for the g80 is a good thing, since the size of the heatspreader/gpu is huge. Now when nvidia releases their update, your gpu-cooler is probably going to be too big for it. This is just speculation mind you.

Wow, that thing is pretty big. I hope it will fit in my case. If not I will grab a saw and tear the case apart to make it fit. FTW.
