isn't that just an adapter connected to the two pci-e connectors on the card? Looks like only two PCI-e connectors are needed.

Man, that is one huge cool looking video card! I like the black and green color!

How did this dirtbag with the freakish nails get one?

An NV50 will definitely be going in my system when I upgrade after Vista comes out.

Thought you guys might like to know this. I just emailed Swiftech today, and this is what they had to say:

Quote:
Hello Michael,

There will be an adapter allowing installation of the standard MCW60 onto the card.

Regards,

Michelle

Hello, I was wondering if Swiftech might be releasing a waterblock for Nvidia's new flagship card soon. The 8800GTS/GTX will be here in mid-November and we were all hoping to watercool it with Swiftech's new waterblock. We've heard that your current waterblock(s) aren't compatible with the new Nvidia card.

Any info that you could share with us as to when it might be released would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Michael
Just picked up two of them for 82$

No kidding. I'm going to be buying a new case here in a few days...my current Lian Li PC65U just doesn't work with long cards because the HD rack is righ at the end of them. As it is, my SLI'd 7800GTXs are literally millimeters away from my hard drives. The power connectors luckily wedge between 2 of the drives. But it's too cramped for me.

I'm thinking of the Lian-Li V1200 PlusII. It's standard height but extra long. I'm guessing its for longer than normal cards. And has TONS of room.

I can't believe how huge this thing is. I though it was said that the production version would be smaller...oh well. I can't wait!!
