Installed fine for me, didn't have to use the compatibility mode or anything. It also seemed to setup my thrustmaster gamepad just the way I want it. I didn't even see how to change the control options even if I wanted so thankfully it defaulted to the way I normally set it up.

The way the cars drove is fine but I wasn't that fond of the graphics style. It seems more cartoon'ish for a lack of a better way to describe it. I liked NFSU, NFSU2, and NFSMW...just so you can gain some perspective on my comments. Anyway, the car graphics seemed fine but I feel like the world is kind of like that movie advertised (or maybe released) recently with real characters but they were all drawn or animated. Keneau Reeves was in it but I can't remember the title. Heh, now not quite that animated but the world/surroundings seem *off*. I guess I just don't like the artistic style of the graphics or something.

I'm undecided on whether I'll purchase it or not. Not having widescreen support should probably make me avoid it. That's just inexcusable in this day and time, especially since the consoles support that now.

Did I mention that the game crashed the first time I started a race?

That was lame, too.

It's running fine for me stability-wise but I forgot to mention that performance isn't very good at all. At 1600x1200 AA on, 16xAF forced, max settings except motion blur off, I get around 20-24fps.

It installed and started okay for me.

This is a Joke Right? I mean, this isn't a NFS Game is it?

This is just flat terrible. I loved NFS Most Wanted.

Do you think this is the way it will look and play or did they just really mess up the demo. I mean the trailers of it looked pretty good.

Someone gouge my eyes out please, this is simply nfsu + exotics + muscle cars and nothing more. After winning the first race with the camaro i went into a drift race... then i shook my head and alt+f4'ed out of it and uninstalled the game. I'll take most wanted over this pile of crap, the drift crap has got to go.

TDU where are you!

I'm glad. Otherwise you would just be another statistic counted towards "Hours of human life that you can never get back".

How is it possible that this game uses a 16:10 aspect ration on the XBOX360 but the PC is only using a 4:3 aspect ratio. What is so hard about supporting wide screen resolutions for new PC game releases? EA sucks!
