Default SuSE does not install on a NForce 6100 board

Hello everyone,

I tried to install a SuSE 10.1 dist (32 bits) on a ASRock K8NF6G board
with a NForce 6100 chipset, Suse cannot detect neither the DVD nor the
HD (WD 80 Gb IDE) in the begining of the instalation proccess.

The distribution was installed in another computer so the cd's are fine,
Windows XP is properly working so the board and mem are fine too.

I think that Suse 10.1 cannot detect the NVidia IDE device as soon as the
kernel loads.

Should i try with another dist?

Thanks in advance
