lame... this game runs terrible... I "hear" lowering the light sources from >4 to below that fixes alot of framerate issues... haven't testest yet though...

I don't know about that, but if I turn down the shadows from high to medium my framerate dives. It actually runs faster with the high shadows, so I wouldn't count on a ton of the graphics options being super helpful.

Turning off the silly extra water effects was one of the only visual options that I changed that actually seemed to make a difference in outdoor areas with water. The rest don't seem to do much for me.

Probably because i didn't have a profile for NWN2 and i dont want to install the latest nvidia drivers to get the nwn2 profile since rest of the games run like ass in the latest drivers..pretty much anything after 91.47 runs like ass

I haven't run many games today, but haven't noticed any performance difference in NWN 2 with the new drivers (from 91.47). Starting from previous saves, my framerate was exactly the same.

I put shadows on Low and that gave me a HUGE performance boost, but the game still dogs in outdoor areas. Indoors, it's smooth as buttah.

I really want to keep playing, but it's excruciating at times. Maybe I'll have to wait until I can get a G80 to play this anymore.

Indoor with options MAXED it runs beautifully on my system. Outdoors is just another story.

I am not complaining. I just said that when i created a profile myself, and used AFR2 settings using Nhancer i had really bad results with SLI not bieng used effectively or 0..aka no SLI and it would be a Single GPU run then which the 7950GX2 has slow clock speeds on a Single.

When i changed to FEAR profile..it ran super smooth taking advantage of the SLI.

Reason for not using the later drivers is that it has problems/gives less perfermance in other games and i dont want to have all my games run crap just to have a profile for NWN2.

Bro you need to get that finger off your ass sometimes.
