Default Problem with LAN

I am using ASUS A8N-SLI SE motherboard with SUSE10
kernel 2.6.13-15.12
My LAN does not work. I try to install new driver NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.11
no sucess. Can anybody help me?

this is the list form boot

You need a significantly newer kernel with a newer version of forcedeth.
