Unhappy Resolution fix in 800x600 [FX5500] + [FC6]

I successfully installed the newest version of nvidia driver for Linux, and the 3D effect enabled. Howerver, the resolution fixed in 800x600, I tried reconfig my system-config-display but no effect at all, I set the resolution to 1280x1024 but it never work. In the setting of nvidia x server settings, the resolution is only 800x600 (auto), the off option is grey. How can I set the resolution? Can anyone help?

Please start X with the following command:
startx -- -logverbose 6

and then generate and attach an nvidia-bug-report.log

Thanks,
Lonni

It looks like the EDID for your CRT is missing. You'll need to set UseEDID to false and provide a modeline.

Thanks,
Lonni
