I have a few questions:
0) Specifically which games reproduce this, and at what point in the game does the panic occur?
1) Does the problem persist if you do not have fastwrites and agp sideband active?
2) Does this problem persist if you're not using a PREEMPT enabled kernel?
3) Does this problem persist if you're not using Composite and TripleBuffer ?
4) Have you verified that you're using the latest BIOS for the motherboard?
5) Does this problem persist if you set NvAGP to 0 or leave it unset?

Thanks,
Lonni

Try disable FastWrite in BIOS too if you have a MB with nVidia chipset.

nVidia has a bug between their own products....

I've not heard of any bugs similar to what you describe. Which bug is this?

Simple.
When i play games
after 10-20 minutes(sometimes after 5 minutes)
X is freezed,mouse don't answer,keyboard also,sound
is blocked,i must poweroff with acpi powerbutton(so is not
a kernel panic)
On logs i found messages like this
Slack kernel: NVRM: Xid (0001:00): 8, Channel 00000020
The strange thing is..today i try without games..
and after 10 minutes...pc freezed
on both cases the screen become at strips(like the american
flag)of two color..green and yellow

Sorry for my poor english,i hope have explain rigth my serious
problem
