Default Compiz, windows overlapping

I'm using Compiz under Fedora Core 6.

All works well with 96.25 but with compiz enabled there is no overlapping between windows.
When I move a windows it doesn't understand when it collide with another windows or with the end of the desktop.

Is this a problem of nvidia driver or a compiz problem?
