Since this seems to be something specific with Mandrive, try to do a search on a Mandiva related forum first on how to install binutils.

And please, stop using capital letter since it is like shouting and believe me nobody like that in a forum.

Download following files and put them in one directory:
ftp://ftp.fh-wolfenbuettel.de/linux/...007.0.i586.rpm
ftp://ftp.fh-wolfenbuettel.de/linux/...-3mdk.i586.rpm
ftp://ftp.fh-wolfenbuettel.de/linux/...-3mdk.i586.rpm
ftp://ftp.fh-wolfenbuettel.de/linux/...-3mdk.i586.rpm

Then cd to the dir with these rpms and run rpm -ivh *.rpm

This should give you gcc and binutils and let you install nvidia drivers properly.
In case of problems with kernel sources, just install the proper kernel-source package.
