Getting a new desktop, GTX295 in Linux?
I am assembling a new desktop computer with the following configuration:
Intel Core i7 920 CPU
Gigabyte EX-58 Extreme Motherboard
Corsair 3 GB DDR3 1333 MHz RAM
Palit GeForce GTX 295 1792 MB DDR3 Graphics Card
I was wondering if someone here has experience of using Linux on this motherboard or this graphics card (or both), or similar configurations. I searched the forum but did not find any threads apart from the one about the geforce driver.
Any inputs about anything I should keep in mind while installing Fedora 10 (or any other Linux distro for that matter) [the stuff is yet to come].
Thanks and cheers

Re: Getting a new desktop, GTX295 in Linux?
ASUS P6T Deliuxe V2, X58
Core i7 920
6GB DDR3 1333
Geforce 285 GTX
Running Fedora 10 x86_64, everything works fine (sound, network, X etc)
(Note this is a single GPU card, so no SLI here)
