i prefer these drivers to the official ones, the weird lighting bugs from sc da are gone and they just more stable in games all round.

these drivers work well for me.

they bumped up my 3DMark05 from 13876 to 14567, GPU OCed 550/750, C2D E6600 @2880MHz. I haven't tried them in real-life gaming yet.

I lost readings on 2 GPU cores though. Rivatuner used to read 4 GPU core temps, now it can only read 2 temps. No temp readings in coolbits as well. I hope nvidia puts them back when it goes WHQL.

These are a POS **** for me, when I enable SLI then reboot I just get a black screen. Two 7800GTs , so no go.

Thank feck for the 360 , otherwise i'd not be able to game anymore with the state of nVidias rubbish lately, I want rid of it.

EDIT: Next card I buy will have to be ATI, every single 90x series driver has been completely unusable here and there isn't a fix in sight.

Crappy ATI ...grrrh, but the recent driver **** ups have forced my hand, can't put up with this rubbish for months on end.

I have the exact dmn thing. Any solutions guys ? My 3dMark05 perf. dropped from ca. 5800 on 84.21's (which I have been using ever since) to ca. 5200 on theese 93.81's.

Do not use other 9x.xx since they are all SO crappy

. With each release I have some kind of bug that I can not live with.

The only trustworthy solution is to use 92.91 from nzone or lower. That is the last driver where NV didn't fk things up. I don't expect this issue to be fixed until they take care of G80 issues, as we with lesser cards are apparently low priority.

92.91 had some severe issues with profiles... if i created a profile it would override the global settings to whatever that profile was set to and it would also disable AA... 93.81 at least doesnt have any issues other than the stupid overclocking part not working properly

I decided to give these a try even though there aren't any release notes. Seems pretty much the same as the 93.71WHQL driver. No problems at all to report. The games I have installed and work perfectly with this driver on my 7800 gs are Rainbow Six Vegas, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 2/Special Forces(+EF&AF), Star Wars Battlefront 2, Call of Duty 2, and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

Anyone has any solution why this driver can't start Chronicles of Riddick? It says this driver doesn't support OpenGl1.3 or above.

Do you have the latest patch for the game. I don't have the game personally but that would be the first thing I would check. Forgive me if you already tried this.
