Has anyone ever downloaded a movie from Direct 2 Drive, I was wondering what Resolution they were at. I mean they state that a 2 Hour movie is over 2GBs so it has to be larger then standard resolution I would think since it doesn't include extras as far as I know...

It depends on what format they are using. If is it just an MPEG-2, then it is probably just standard DVD quality, if not a little lower.
http://www.videohelp.com/dvd I'm not sure if that helps or not, I think it almost confuses me more. They say a DVD can hold 2hrs of video, but it can also hold a bunch of other crap with it. |

They are using MWV @ 2Mbps but that still doesn't say much about the resolution.... |

2gb sounds low in terms of quality. Your average DVD movie nowadays takes 7gb, regardless of whether it's 2 or 3 hours. How much is a movie from Direct 2 Drive? It would probably be better to just rent movies since you're getting full dvd quality and you'd also get surround sound and possibly DTS on select dvd's.

Edit: If you are lazy why not either use BlockBuster Online, or netFlix ?
