G80 and all drivers are borked atm. Basically the whole senario is pretty sad all round at present.
If current state of affairs (G80, 680i, drivers etc) are anything to go on then it looks like the future of hardware/refreshes/next gen are going to get worse and more problamatic. ![]()

well , with everything on , i got about 25-50fps in AOE3 warchiefs , sometimes i drops to 21-23 , is this weird? i only got 8606marks in 3dmark06 with my rig . I though my athlon x2 is not comparable to yours core 2 duo or core 2 quad when facing floating point .

I have just tried Gothic 3 , i also got stuttering sometime , how should i configure the sli profile ? i just turned on AFR . I though this might be some problem with the dual core optimizer , i couldn't run the program and my power supply is sufficient . There is some compatibility problem about G80, and SLI doesn't help improve fps a lot .

I'm tired of the manufacturers releasing half-backed drivers with new cards. Don't they have beta testers? |

Lets try to keep this as ON TOPIC as possible. We all know there are problems - we just want screenshots to them at this point. I do agree, you shouldn't have to "pay any price" just because you bought a product when it came out. Had it been fully and competently tested this wouldnt happen, but since NVidia doesnt have a public beta like ATI for their drivers (and no way for the public to report driver issues) we have to deal with the blind in house beta testers that dont even know what AA is.
Anyways - lets keep this to screenshots because some of us are trying to get Nvidia to take a look at this thread.

This is list of my games:
http://hulan.cz/temp/games.png They are all playable, just SCDA must have "high-res shader" off. Oblivion and Gothic III rune fine with HDR+FSAA on. In fact, I am extremely happy with 8800GTX, it replaced 2x7900GTX-512, and performs on par, many times even better, than previous SLI combo. Much less noise. And I could finally get rid-off AMD X2 on buggy nForce4 chipset, and get C2D :-)
