The link seems to be working fine for me; are you still seeing problems with it?

Yes, same problem. Using Mozilla on Sun or Microsoft Explorer on a PC gets the same result. I can download any other driver from the archive, but not 9631. I don't get the option of saving to disk or run/open for the file, it just writes the file into the browser page. I get a bit of script at the top of a long page of garbage.

I'm able to reproduce this problem as well. We'll investigate and get it corrected. You should be able to download the driver by right clicking on the link and saving the file.
