Default can a 128mb 6200 agp handle vista's gui?

just wondering, cause i plan on giving that to my grandfather's pc, and was wondering how well it would do in the future.

I think it should be able to because my parents bought an HP pc with a 6150LE which must be slower than that and it claims to be Vista Premium ready meaning it can run the new GUI.
