Has anyone tried the new driver on -CURRENT? I take it, from the lack of mention in Zander's post, that the issue with device cloning is still present, correct?

Yes, this problem is still present with 1.0-9746; I hope I'll get to posting a fix for this later today, though.

Unfortunately, I've found a few new problems with FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT that need to be addressed before the NVIDIA FreeBSD graphics driver can reliably work with this branch; at that point, I'll update this and/or the original 7.0-CURRENT compatibility thread.
