Default 9xxx drivers GL_FRAMEBUFFER sync error

Hello.
I use (in my GPGPU program) GL_FRAMEBUFFER (render to texture) for the switching source<->dest for some accumulation task instead of using glCopyTexSubImage.

option 1.
SetSource
DrawQuad
Switch S->D

option 2.
SetSource
DrawQuad
glCopy

option 3.
SetSource
DrawQuad
glFinish()
Switch S->D

I encountered problem with newest 9xxx drivers with kernels 2.6.x & 2.4.x 32 & 64 bits OS

option 1 produces "broken" images.(It worked fine with old 8xxx drivers).If I add (option 3) glFinish after DrawQuad - it works too - but very slowly

If I use glCopyTexSubImage (option 2) - i have some 3-5 percent performance degradation relative to version 1 ( 8xxx drivers )
I can prepare more detailed report, but it may take some time.It seems like kernel syncronization error on glBindFrameBufferEXT(GL_FRAMEBUFFER,0) command..(Drawing is'not finished )

I've tried to add pci=nommconf & idle=poll kernel parameters - but it didn't help

Do you know about this flaw in new drivers and when NVIDIA plans to fix it?

Dima
