Those of you who are posting screenies with the FRAPS numbers showing... did you purchase FRAPS? Cause any screeny I take the FPS counter never shows up and the image appears to be "cropped"- though I never cropped it. Do you have to purchase FRAPS for the FPS counter to appear?

I use the free one and the FPS counter occasionally shows up on my images, but ussually not. Also I have never seen it crop my image.

If I want to show the counter I typically use print screen.

I don't know why, but for some reason the screenshots are always "cropped" when using FRAPS. Here's an example from HL2 that I took just last night:

Oh, and I finally just subscribed to photobucket. So now I can post pics that are the actual resolution I'm playing at. Compression should be minimal this way, thus better representing how the game actually looks when I'm playing. These shots are at 1600x1200, 8xAA, 16xAF (Drive control panel), all in-game options to their highest setting.

But notice how the image is cropped? You can't see my ammo count, my health, nor my suit charge. Oh well. I'll try using PrtScn and see if that works better.

Thanks! It's Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX) with add on aircraft.

I've got more screenshots and links for these as well as other warbirds in the FSX thread, as well as a nice B-17. Check the last few pages.

http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/show...=78216&page=18

And here is the thread I started on Flight Sim add ons, which has a bunch more including instructions on how to get the spitfire working in FSX.

http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=83354

Let me know if you have any questions.

I've got the registered version, but I never had trouble with the free either.

Make sure you have "include framerate overlay on screenshots" ticked in settings.
