Default Which driver ?

I have Geforce GO 7400 (laptop) and a core 2 duo processor (64 bits), which driver should I use ?
I see IA 64, AMD64-EMT64 but no x86-64...

AMD64-EMT64= x86-64
if you are using a 64bit os use x86_64
