Default Problem: nVidia GeForce MX440 (3d desktop)

I`m a some kind of newbie.
On my PC (config:MB Matsonic 8137c (via chipset,via-agp 4x),CPU AMD Athlon 1700+,256mb RAM, 40GB HDD,DWDRW, nVidia GeForce MX440 AGP8x) i have installed Mandriva 2007Free (kernel 2.6.17) and driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9631-pkg1.run.
If I use 3D desktop effects (compiz), when I login, my screen is blank (white) when I use XGL and I canít see nothing else, if use AiGLX I can login but in regular desktop.
Please help!

Here's the entire xorg.conf:
