Default 3DMark?

If a rig is twice the 3DMark score of another rig does the person see twice the image quality?

It means that he's getting a higher level of performance. If a person has a higher level of performance he has a higher frame rate and has the option to try to up the image resolution or add more visual filters and that will give him a higher image quality.
