Default No video when switching on monitor after booting Solaris with monitor switched off

If the monitor is switched off while machine boots up Solaris/Xorg there is no
chance to get a video signal after switching on the monitor.
Whether moving mouse nor hitting any key nor ALT-CTRL-BACKSPACE to restart the Xserver let appear the screen.

It seems, that whenever the 'nvidia' module is loaded, you will get this effect.
If booting 'Failsafe' while monitor is switched off the screen appears after switching on the monitor.

We tried
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "DFP, DFP"
in xorg.conf without any effect.

Our environment:
. Sun Ultra 20
. Nvidia FX-1400

. Solaris 10 6/06 s10x_u2wos_09a X86
. Patch Cluster:
NAME: Solaris 10_x86 Recommended Patch Cluster
DATE: Jun/28/06

. NVIDIA-Solaris-x86-1.0-9746
(also: NVIDIA-Solaris-x86-1.0-9631)

Can anyone help us ?

Thanks.
